Free “Sale”
Spring is in the air and CCPC Women’s Ministry will be hosting a Free Yard “Sale”. We welcome all to come and take free items home!
To Donate: We are seeking donations of clothing, toys, books, and household items to give away for free to our church family and the local community. Please bring your items to the church by May 16th at 12 pm. Items can be put in the Associate Pastor’s Office. Leftover items will be donated to a local thrift store or to Agape Pregnancy Center.
To simplify the set-up process, we ask that bags or boxes of donations be pre-sorted and labeled to simplify the set-up process. Label items in the following categories:
- children’s books
- adult books
- kitchen items
- unexpired, unopened pantry food items
- decor
- linens
- bags/backpacks/purses
- shoes ( grouped and labeled by size and gender)
- clothes ( grouped and labeled by size and gender)
- clothing accessories ( sort by gender)
- baby items ( check for recalls, no expired car seats)
- toys ( sorted by girls or boys)
- DVD’s, video games, CD’s or records
- electronics
- craft and art supplies
- office supplies
- sporting goods
- home improvement items
Items not excepted:
- R rated media
- broken items
- incomplete puzzles or board games
- torn or stained clothing or linens
- baby items with active recalls
- expired carseats
